THE PUBLIC LANDING IS AT NIOBRARA STATE PARK AND REQUIRES A STATE PARK PERMIT TO USE.
ALL OTHER LAND BY THE NOBRARA RIVER AND VERDIGRE CREEK
IS PRIVATELY OWNED AND MUST HAVE LAND OWNERS PERMISSION or you will be trespassing.
-We are not outfitters. We only offer kayak services.
-We are not responsible for your ability to kayak and read rivers.
-You are responsible to monitor river conditions.
-We are not responsible for river levels.
-You are responsible to monitor weather and wind conditions.
-We Suggest Kayakers have someone with kayak experience.
-12 years and younger are required by law to wear a PFD when Kayaking or on a flotation device. We Suggest Everyone wears PFD's when kayaking.
-Rivers may require some walking.
-Watch for Tree or Debris in Rivers.
-Wear Bright Collared Clothing to alert Boaters.
-Watch for Rapids/Swift Water and Head into Rapids head on and not sideways.
-You will be responsible to notify and to pay authorities if you require a rescue.
-We suggest to Check river level with paddle before jumping out of kayak. Some areas are way above your head.
-We are not responsible for your ability to kayak and read rivers.

CALLING 402-841-4190 Kayak Rentals need to be picked up and Delivered at Niobrara Adventures Unless you have added on Delivery and Retrieval Services. Pickup time is 9-10am and Delivery time is before 7pm. Minimum age to Rent is 18. You will be responsible for any lost or damaged equipment that is rented.
